Well another week, transfer, and companion. It wasn´t a super fast week but I think it is just because all the changes and settling in again.

Monday was pretty fun. We went to the stake center and played soccer outside. I got a little burnt but we played hard then went to pull out our money. We didn´t go to the grocery store because we wanted to wait until after transfers. I bought a Portland Trailblazers jersey that is pretty cool! After all that we came home and cleaned the house a bit then went to talk with you guys. In the night we visited a couple more people that Elder Pinto wanted to say goodbye to.

Tuesday was transfer day and it went pretty good. I had to be there at 7:30a and it took forever to get there but then Elder Pinto left for his new area.  I waited with some other Elders until the bus from the south came with my companion at 12:30p. I went to a nearby Elder’s house and we played some card games and dominos. After I got my companion we went home. We dropped his stuff off and then headed out eating on the street. We visited a lot of people and this guy likes to work hard! We saw alot of people and even found a bunch of news! He is also from Honduras and was actually friends with my other companion from before the mission. We just tried to visited a lot of people so that he could get to know the people here.

Wednesday we started the day off with a good weekly planning. We are preparing for a big baptism night the 8th of April. We came up with a new idea on how to plan for our investigators that involves a timeline and sticky notes so we can be more effective with our time.  We will see how that work out. We ate and took off for the streets. We had a really good day to be honest. All of our appointments happened and the lessons were very good. We have two more people we are going to put baptism dates with soon. We are finding a lot of news that could really progress.

Thursday we had splits because Elder Moradel had a meeting.  He is the new district leader. I was with a new guy who is in training. We had a fun time and we only got to visit a couple people but he was a cool kid from Idaho. We visited a less active that is trying to make money to join the police and he has to work Sundays. He only makes about 150 Dominican pecos and that is about 3 dollars every day. He works from 7 in the morning until super late at night. Very sad so see that. After that I got back with companion and we visited some of our really good families. They aren´t progressing as well as we would want them too but they will get there. We talked to a couple of our new contacts from the other day and one was a very great lady. We found another guy who is super cool asking the best questions like, “why are there so many churches?” & “where do we go after this life!” We were super happy to find him and then we went to visit a less active that isn´t doing so hot.

Friday was an awesome day. In the morning we had a district meeting that is so much better then our past ones. We ate lunch played some card games then took off. We had a member leave with us and a lot of the appointments fell through so we tried to find some new people. We found some more members and sadly one of the guys fell away from the church. After that we talked to a some of our investigators and walked with them to the chapel because we went to the temple! We had a lot of people go to be honest and it was really fun. We just took a bus to the temple, shared a little, & then came back. We were way late though! haha!

Saturday we started way early at 5:45a to go on a run with a member. That was super fun! We had a couple appointment in the morning too and found a couple news. We then went home and ate & had a very full day ahead of us. We were very booked and we had an opportunity to find another cool family. Their  daughter has an almost one year old baby and she is 15. That’s not the worst though apparently!  We got to put new baptism dates and we are really going to progress this area! We have some new ideas and the dedication to work hard so I am super excited!

Sunday was not too bad but not to many people at church. We had another super full day but wasn't anything super special!

The mission is so much fun and so fast when you work hard!
